Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your EllaOla pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
